Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping for most orders above $75, except on large bike accessories like motorcycle helmets, jackets, etc. All the free shipping coupon codes are valid only on orders above $75.
Shipping Method
Groot utilizes the carrier which will deliver your collectible safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs as favorable to us as we provide free shipping on most items. Reliable International Postal services (USPS, Singapore Post, etc.) are our preferred option for international shipments. It usually takes approx. 7-15 business days to US for delivery after shipping and approx. 15-25 business days to other countries.
For domestic shipments we use Fedex and other reputed courier partners. Delivery time varies from 5-25 business days depending on product dispatch warehouse location.
Overseas Destinations
Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs department. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier / post.
It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. Though most of the times our parcels are cleared without any customs fees, thanks to our smart small packing.
If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge Groot to return the package. If Groot is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal a refund will not be issued.
Overseas Warehouse(s)
We have warehouse partners across the globe from where we ship your item(s). We ship from USA, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, India, Singapore, China and Hong Kong warehouses, depending on product availability.
Delays
We will not be responsible for any delays due to external factors like a natural calamity, man-made disasters, unforeseen transit delays, customs clearance time, etc.
Pre-Order Products
Meaning the product is still under design / manufacturing / testing process. We dispatch the pre-order product only after final testing and quality check. This whole process takes about anywhere between a few days to a few months before shipping starts. Please note that the final design of the product might slightly differ from the images.
Delivery Time Frame
We wait for 60 business days for delivery after shipping. If the order is not delivered within this time frame, you can apply for a full refund. Read our full refund policy here.
Delivery time frame for any pre-order product is 2-3 months from the date of listing due to long designing and manufacturing process. We do a thorough QC before dispatching any pre-order product.
Packing
As we provide free shipping, we look for simple and effective ways for cutting down shipping cost, one of which is the ‘no retail pack’ policy. We ship most of the products without a retail pack, making it a compact package. We make sure that packing is completely safe and durable. We reserve the rights to make delivery of the goods in installments.
Failed Delivery
A ‘failed delivery’ is marked after multiple failed delivery attempts by the goods carrier or when the customer/buyer/receiver refuses to take the delivery or when there is no one present at the given delivery address. We request customers that they provide proper address and make sure at least someone is present on their behalf to receive the parcel.
