What are the delivery charges for orders from the Groot Gadgets Online Shop?

Most of our products have Free Home Delivery anywhere in the world, but some expensive / fragile products require extra care and handling for which we charge a minimum amount possible on product to product basis.

As Cash on Delivery (COD) option requires special cash handling by courier companies, which charge us a hefty amount for the COD services. Hence we charge a convenience fee of just Rs.99 per order having a cart value of less than Rs.500.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Groot Gadgets Online Shop?

Worldwide :
We accept PayPal Payments, or payment via any bank Credit Card.

Local :
We accept payment via any bank Debit or Credit Card through PayUmoney. Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for locally available products.

How long will delivery take?

As we offer Free Home Delivery and ship from various locations across the globe (depending on where the product is available in stock). It usually takes around 4-5 business days for local delivery and anywhere between 6-60 business days for international delivery.

If you want faster shipping, contact us on within 24 hrs. of placing the order. Express shipping charges apply.

In some cases, we also ship your order in parts and it may arrive in multiple packages at various time frames.

How secure is shopping at Groot Gadgets Online Shop? Is my data protected?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you provide us with your debit / credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored on one of the payment gateway providers that you choose during the checkout process. No one at Groot Gadgets will be able to see / copy / share your banking information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After submitting an online order you will get an automated order confirmation email from and once your order is processed and shipped, you can log in to your My Account and check the Tracking number and information.

Do you replace orders?

Yes, we do replace any order in part or full, if the delivered product has any manufacturing defects or ‘not as described’. Fore more information on this, visit our policy page here –
